Construction Observation and Monitoring provides independent oversight during construction to verify that work is being performed in general conformance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. Through regular site visits, detailed documentation, and coordination with project stakeholders, designers, and engineers, this service helps identify issues early, protect the owner’s interests, and support quality, compliance, and efficient project delivery.
