Small businesses and communities have small workforces and budgets but often need external help they cannot pay for. Erin saw that if company overhead was minimized and services were truly tailored to each client, the cost of professional consulting could be significantly reduced. That is exactly what e&b does.

Joe has a diverse and well-rounded background in the construction industry, with experience spanning residential, commercial, and municipal sectors. He began his career working for his father’s residential construction company, developing hands-on expertise across multiple trades before transitioning into commercial construction. Over time, Joe took on increasingly senior roles with several reputable contractors and a major WNY based developer, overseeing projects from concept through completion. His portfolio includes ground-up construction, adaptive reuse, high-end interior build-outs, residential developments, retail construction, as well as serving as Resident Project Representative on multiple public infrastructure improvement projects. Joe eventually co-founded E&B Squared Consulting, bringing extensive field experience and construction oversight expertise. His blend of hands-on knowledge and strong leadership ensures consistently successful, high-quality project outcomes.
